Heinz Becker (Heinz Reinhard Becker) was born on August 26, 1915 in Berlin, Germany. He made his Major League debut on April 21, 1943 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1945, his rookie year, he hit .286 with 2 home runs and 27 RBI. Becker played for the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 3 year career.
