Harvey Jones (Harvey M. Jones) was born on April 15, 1921 in Beaumont, Texas. After going to high school at Beaumont (TX), Jones attended Baylor University. Jones made his professional debut in the NFL in 1944 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams and Washington Redskins over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1944 was Harvey Jones's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
