Harvey Allen (Harvey James Allen, Jr.) was born on October 2, 1962. After going to high school at John C. Fremont (Los Angeles, CA), Allen attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Allen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 1 year career.
