Hartwell Menefee (Hartwell Menefee) was born on January 1, 1943 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at Lawton (OK), Menefee attended Cameron University and New Mexico State University. Menefee made his professional debut in the NFL in 1966 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
