Harry Swayne (Harry Vonray Swayne) was born on February 2, 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Cardinal Dougherty (Philadelphia, PA), Swayne attended Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Swayne made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the San Diego Chargers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 15 year career.
