Harry Seltzer (Harry Seltzer) was born on March 26, 1919 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Seltzer attended the College of Charleston. Seltzer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1942 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
