Born on August 11, 1877 in Iberia, Ohio, Harry McNeal (John Harley McNeal) played for the Cleveland Blues for his entire 1 year career. McNeal broke into the bigs on August 5, 1901 with the Cleveland Blues, and put up a 4.43 ERA in 85.1 innings pitched in 1901, his rookie year.
