Harry Jacobs (Harry Edward Jacobs) was born on February 4, 1937 in Canton, Illinois. After going to high school at Canton (IL), Jacobs attended Bradley University. Jacobs made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Boston Patriots. He played in the AFL for 10 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills and Boston Patriots over the course of his 10 year AFL career.Jacobs also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the New Orleans Saints the entire time.
Most people believe that 1960 was Harry Jacobs's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
