Harry Hill (Harry Franklin Hill) was born on March 30, 1899 in Pittsburg, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Chickasha (OK), Hill attended the University of Oklahoma. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Toledo Maroons. He played for the New York Giants, Kansas City Blues and Toledo Maroons over the course of his 4 year career.
