Harley Pearce (Harley Charles Pearce) was born on March 24, 1901 in Hillsboro, Ohio. After going to high school at Hillsboro (OH) and Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL), Pearce attended Ohio Wesleyan University. Pearce made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Columbus Tigers. He played for the Columbus Tigers for his entire 1 year career.
