Harley Dow (Harley Duane Dow) was born on October 19, 1925 in Mount Hope, Kansas. After going to high school at Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA)*, Dow attended San Jose State University. Dow made his professional debut in the NFL in 1950 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
