Harlan Carr (Harlan Bradley Carr) was born on April 30, 1903 in Union Springs, New York. After going to high school at Auburn (NY), Carr attended Syracuse University. Carr made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Pottsville Maroons. He played for the Pottsville Maroons for his entire 1 year career.
