Hardy Peterson (Harding William Peterson) was born on October 17, 1929 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. He made his Major League debut on May 5, 1955 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Peterson played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 4 year career.
