Born on May 21, 1950 in Copiague, New York, Hank Webb (Henry Gaylon Matthew Webb) played for the New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 6 year career. Webb broke into the bigs on September 5, 1972 with the New York Mets, and put up a 4.07 ERA in 115 innings pitched in 1975, his rookie year.
