Hank Stanton (Henry R. Stanton) was born on August 24, 1920. After going to high school at Haskell (TX), Stanton attended the University of Arizona. Stanton made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the New York Yankees. He played for the New York Yankees for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1946 was Hank Stanton's best year.
