Hank Critchfield (Henry Brown Critchfield) was born on June 14, 1905 in Columbus, Ohio. After going to high school at North (Columbus, OH), Critchfield attended The College of Wooster. Critchfield made his professional debut in the NFL in 1931 with the Cleveland Indians. He played for the Cleveland Indians for his entire 1 year career.
