Hal Weldin (Harold George Weldin) was born on May 25, 1908 in , IL. After going to high school at Manual (Peoria, IL), Weldin attended Northwestern University. Weldin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Cincinnati-St. Louis Reds-Gunners. He played for the Cincinnati-St. Louis Reds-Gunners for his entire 1 year career.
