Born on October 10, 1932 in Lake Mills, Wisconsin, Hal Raether (Harold Herman Raether) played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Kansas City Athletics over the course of his 2 year career. Raether broke into the bigs on July 4, 1954 with the Philadelphia Athletics.
