Hal Mcphail

Hal Mcphail (Harold Thomas McPhail) was born on October 26, 1912 in Columbus, Ohio. After going to high school at Aquinas (Columbus, OH), Mcphail attended Army College and Xavier University. Mcphail made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Boston Redskins. He played for the Boston Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1934 was Hal Mcphail's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
