Hal Hansen (Harlan C. Hansen) was born on September 3, 1892 in Anita, Iowa. After going to high school at West (Minneapolis, MN), Hansen attended the University of Minnesota. Hansen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Green Bay Packers. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Green Bay Packers the entire time. Hansen also played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Newark Bears the entire time.
