Hal Garner (Hal E. Garner, Jr.) was born on January 18, 1962 in New Iberia, Louisiana. After going to high school at Logan (UT), Garner attended Utah State University. Garner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Hal Garner's best year.
