Guy Chamberlin (Berlin Guy Chamberlin) was born on January 16, 1894 in Blue Springs, Nebraska. Chamberlin attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and the University of Nebraska. Chamberlin made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Decatur Staleys. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Chicago Staleys and Decatur Staleys over the course of his 2 year APFA career.Chamberlin also played in the NFL for 6 years, playing for the Frankford Yellow Jackets, Canton Bulldogs, Chicago Cardinals and Cleveland Bulldogs over the course of his 6 year NFL career.

Most people believe that 1926 was Guy Chamberlin's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
