Gus Gil

Gus Gil (Tomas Gustavo (Guillen) Gil) was born on April 19, 1939 in Caracas, Distrito Federal (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1967 for the Cleveland Indians. In 1969, his rookie year, he hit .222 with 0 home runs and 17 RBI. Gil played for the Cleveland Indians, Seattle Pilots and Milwaukee Brewers over the course of his 4 year career.
