Born on January 9, 1939 in Memphis, Tennessee, Guido Grilli (Guido John Grilli) played for the Kansas City Athletics and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 1 year career. Grilli broke into the bigs on April 12, 1966 with the Kansas City Athletics.
