Grey Clarke (Richard Grey Clarke) was born on September 26, 1912 in Fulton, Alabama. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 1944 for the Chicago White Sox. In 1944, his rookie year, he hit .260 with 0 home runs and 27 RBI. Clarke played for the Chicago White Sox for his entire 1 year career.
