Greg Townsend

Greg Townsend (Greg Townsend) was born on November 3, 1961 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Dominguez (Compton, CA), Townsend attended Long Beach City College and Texas Christian University. Townsend made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders, Oakland Raiders and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Greg Townsend's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown, recorded 11.5 sacks and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
