Greg Schaum (Gregory James Schaum) was born on January 1, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Polytechnic Institute (Baltimore, MD), Schaum attended Michigan State University. Schaum made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 2 year career.
