Greg Luzinski (Gregory Michael Luzinski) was born on November 22, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 9, 1970 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1972, his rookie year, he hit .281 with 18 home runs and 68 RBI. Luzinski played for the Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 15 year career.

Most people believe that Greg Luzinski's best season was 1977, when he slugged 39 home runs, hit for a .309 average and knocked in 130 runs.
