Greg Kent (Edward Greg Kent) was born on July 18, 1943 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Whitewater (WI), Kent attended The Univesity of Utah and the University of Wisconsin. Kent made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the Oakland Raiders. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Oakland Raiders the entire time. Kent also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Detroit Lions the entire time.
