Born on September 13, 1964 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Greg Hibbard (James Gregory Hibbard) played for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 6 year career. Hibbard broke into the bigs on May 31, 1989 with the Chicago White Sox, and put up a 3.21 ERA in 137.1 innings pitched in 1989, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Greg Hibbard's best season was 1990, when he posted a 3.16 ERA, won 14 games and struck out 92 batters.
