Greg Fields (Gregory Keith Fields) was born on January 23, 1955 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Mission (San Francisco, CA), Fields attended Grambling State University and Hartnell College. Fields made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the Baltimore Colts for his entire 2 year career.
