Greg Bishop (Gregory Lawrence Bishop) was born on May 2, 1971 in Stockton, California. After going to high school at Lodi (CA), Bishop attended the University of Pacific. Bishop made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 1994 was Greg Bishop's best year.
