After hearing about how New York radio station WFAN put together a list of its 20 greatest NY Sports moments of its on-air tenure, I decided to let AGM users pick their best moments of the last quarter-century.
That sounds exciting, but how do I get in on this?
Users can vote for five of their favorite moments in each of the five-year periods below. Click on the first period (i.e., 1982-1986)
How do I cast my votes?
It's simple, really. Create a Level 3 headline with your user name, and insert your five candidates below. For example:
[[User:ABC123]]
- 1st nominee
- 2nd nominee
- 3rd nominee
- 4th nominee
- 5th nominee
Where will I find the nominees?
The nominees for each category will appear on their respective pages as a means of thinking along creative lines. Write-in nominations will also be accepted. We're not trying to be all things to all people here, but we just thought we'd get this out of the way...
Anything else?
One set of votes per user, please. There will be a monitor on "stuffing the ballot box", so do be cautioned when you go vote. Voting will continue all month long, closing on the weekend of July 27-29, 2007, or til voting starts to slow down, whichever comes first.
Now is that all?
Yes.
Boy, that was a longwinded intro
But simple...
