Gordon King (Gordon David King) was born on February 3, 1956 in Madison, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA), King attended Stanford University. King made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and New York Jets over the course of his 9 year career.
