Good for Lew

Lewis Hamilton has taken pole position at his home Grand Prix Here in Britain. And it was a truly spectacular shootout, with Hamilton only taking it on his last flying lap. That's what I'm a fan of F1.
The excitement, the fun, the fact that anybody can clinch it. And no two races at the same track are ever the same. Look at Toyota today, 6th and 10th. Amazing considering their bad luck in previous races, notably Spain. But I loved it more than usual today, not too sure whether it was because it was at home, or because Lewis is the first Briton to be pole here in 11 years. And another thing, Alonso didn't beat Hamilton the way he had expected to today.
This is great. And the pressure is on Lewis now, because he can't let the British spectators down tomorrow. He's done so much for British motorsport in such a short time, it would be a real shame if he didn't win tomorrow. He's focused, and hasn't let the Ferrari espionage fiasco ruin his concentration. And being fair, there will be 21 other guys on that grid tomorrow with the same intention, doing as well as they possibly can. But the British bias makes me stray away from Toyota's chances and hope that Lewis wins.
