Goldie Rapp (Joseph Aloysius Rapp) was born on February 6, 1894 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on April 13, 1921 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1921, his rookie year, he hit .248 with 1 home run and 25 RBI. Rapp played for the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Giants over the course of his 3 year career.
