Glenn Tidd (Glenn E. Tidd) was born on April 23, 1894 in Jamestown, Ohio. After going to high school at Springfield (OH), Tidd attended none. Tidd made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Dayton Triangles. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles the entire time. Tidd also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles the entire time.

Most people believe that 1922 was Glenn Tidd's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
