Born on November 11, 1919 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Glenn Elliott (Herbert Glenn Elliott) played for the Boston Braves for his entire 3 year career. Elliott broke into the bigs on April 17, 1947 with the Boston Braves, and put up a 3.95 ERA in 68.1 innings pitched in 1949, his rookie year.
