Glen Spear (Glen Owen Spear) was born on January 18, 1900 in Fairfield, Nebraska. After going to high school at Fairfield (NE), Spear attended Drake University. Spear made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Kansas City Cowboys. He played for the Kansas City Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
