Glen Hines (Glen Ray Hines) was born on October 26, 1943 in El Dorado, Arkansas. After going to high school at El Dorado (AR), Hines attended the University of Arkansas. Hines made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the Houston Oilers. He played in the AFL for 4 years, playing for the Houston Oilers the entire time. Hines also played in the NFL for 4 years, playing for the New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Oilers over the course of his 4 year NFL career.
