Glen Gorbous (Glen Edward Gorbous) was born on July 8, 1930 in Drumheller, Alberta (Canada). He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1955 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1955, his rookie year, he hit .244 with 4 home runs and 27 RBI. Gorbous played for the Philadelphia Phillies and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 2 year career.
