Geronimo Pena (Geronimo (Martinez) Pena) was born on March 29, 1967 in Los Alcarrizos, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic). He made his Major League debut on September 5, 1990 for the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1991, his rookie year, he hit .243 with 5 home runs and 17 RBI. Pena played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Geronimo Pena's best season was 1992, when he hit for a .305 average.
