Gerome Sapp (Gerome Daren Sapp) was born on February 8, 1981 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Lamar (Houston, TX), Sapp attended the University of Notre Dame. Sapp made his professional debut in the NFL in 2003 with the Baltimore Ravens. He has played for the Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Ravens over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 2006 was Gerome Sapp's best year.
