Gern Nagler (Gern Nagler) was born on February 22, 1932 in Marysville, California. After going to high school at Marysville (CA), Nagler attended Santa Clara University. Nagler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1953 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1953 was Gern Nagler's best year, as he hauled in 43 receptions, had 610 receiving yards and caught 6 TD passes.
