George Young

George Young (George D. Young) was born on May 10, 1924 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Wilkes-Barre (PA), Young attended the University of Georgia. Young made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Cleveland Browns. He played in the AAFC for 4 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns the entire time. Young also played in the NFL for 4 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns the entire time.
Most people believe that 1951 was George Young's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
