George Seals (George Edward Seals) was born on October 2, 1942 in Higginsville, Missouri. After going to high school at Higginsville (MO), Seals attended the University of Missouri. Seals made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Chicago Bears, Kansas City Chiefs and Washington Redskins over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1971 was George Seals's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
