George Rice (George Gaylen Rice) was born on June 10, 1944 in Liberty, Missouri. After going to high school at Istrouma (Baton Rouge, LA), Rice attended Louisiana State University. Rice made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1967 was George Rice's best year.
