George Ratterman

George Ratterman (George William Ratterman) was born on November 12, 1926 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH), Ratterman attended the University of Notre Dame. Ratterman made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Buffalo Bills. He played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time. Ratterman also played in the NFL for 7 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns and New York Yanks over the course of his 7 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1950 was George Ratterman's best year, as he threw for 2251 yards and tossed 22 TDs.
