George Nix (George Albert Nix) was born on March 18, 1895 in Howkan, Alaska. After going to high school at Ketchikan (AK), Nix attended Haskell Indian Nations University. Nix made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Buffalo Rangers. He played for the Buffalo Rangers for his entire 1 year career.
