George Murphy (George Murphy) was born on May 10, 1927 in Santa Monica, California. After going to high school at Loyola (Los Angeles, CA), Murphy attended the University of Southern California. Murphy made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1949 with the Los Angeles Dons. He played for the Los Angeles Dons for his entire 1 year career.
